Description
· Perform tree pruning, removal and maintenance work conforming to current industry standards
· Carry out brush clearing and elevation pruning operations to clear trails
· Use hand and portable tools such as brush saws, chainsaws and pruning tools
· Use heavy equipment such as wood chippers, stump grinders, log loading equipment
· Operate aerial lift on bucket truck
· Train and supervise junior Arborists, ground workers and other crew members
Assets
· Competency with industry-respected tree climbing techniques (Double Rope)
· Competency with Arborist-related heavy equipment and aerial lifts
· Valid drivers license, DZ an asset (Class 3 in Quebec)
· Certified Arborist, Climber Specialist
