The Real Tree Masters has a leadership opportunity for an Arborist Tree Climber Lead to join our team in Mississauga ON.

Our arborist will have the chance to work with autonomy and to shine with their leadership skills to grow his or her team.

As a self-motivated individual, you will be a key player in driving value to our clients and our organization.

Requirements:

• For production climbers, must have a minimum of 3 years full-time climbing experience.
• Operate and maintain tree care equipment.
• Will be working with bucket truck and Hiab knuckle boom wood truck.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and pruning techniques.
• Must be able to get to the yard daily at 7 am.
• Monday to Friday.
• ISA is an asset.
• AZ or DZ license is an asset.
