Major Objective

The primary objective of the Senior Level Project Manager is to plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and oversee scheduling and task assignments to ensure that all deliverables are achieved on schedule and on budget.

Responsibilities and Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Full-cycle project management from the lead stage through to end of job and invoicing
• Focus on new business development for services offered by Tree Doctors.
• Provide excellent customer communications based on knowledgeable diagnosis, expert information, and recommendations that meet client goals and arboricultural standards.
• Full-cycle management of your customers from the original request for quotation of services, produce and provide the customer with a quotation as well as follow-up with your customer, project management and back end communication when each of your projects/jobs is completed.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

• 2+ years of previous experience managing residential and commercial tree care contracts as well as individual job sites.
• Drivers license with clean abstract.

Qualifications (An Asset)

• Current and up-to-date WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, Ministry of Labor H&S Awareness (Supervisor/Employee).
• ISA certified.
