Job Description
CLASS G DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN ABSTRACT ARE MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Soil injection
- Tree injections
- Air spade soil renovation
- Applies chemicals under the direction of a licensed applicator (unless the successful applicant is licensed) and with all required protective equipment
- Performs landscape enhancement activities such as mulch application, plantings and seeding
- Following all of the required health and safety rules and regulations strictly
- Recycle the waste materials and maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the storage areas and vehicles
- Mixing, application and storage of pesticides and fertilizers by following all safety measures
- Keeping the records of pesticides and fertilizers
- Perform other duties as required
Position requirements:
- A valid driver's license and clean abstract IS MANDATORY
- PHC/IPM Certification/Extermination License or very close to acquiring your certification
- High level of PHC/IPM horticultural knowledge
- Strong Plant ID knowledge
- Adapt and implement quality control procedures
- Applicants must be customer-focused and take pride in their work. The ideal candidate must possess above-average communication and interpersonal skills and a background in horticulture.
- Computer skills are required
