Utility Arborist

Ontario Line Clearing is currently accepting resumes for the following position:

UTILITY ARBORIST - 444B CERTIFIED

We are looking for experienced 444B Certified Utility Arborists for Crew leader positions working on Hydro One vegetation management contracts throughout Ontario.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in all types of arboricultural work including pruning, removal, cabling, bracing, stumping, planting, and fertilizing
• Experience in the care and safe operation of chain saws, brush chippers, bucket trucks, stump grinders, and associated equipment and hand tools
• Experience climbing trees and using approved equipment and safety procedures when working at various heights, including work in the vicinity of energized conductors
• Familiarity and understanding of applicable legislation and industry standards

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

• Utility Arborist Certificate of Qualification 444B from the Ontario College of Trades
• Valid Driver's License (G) - DZ Preferred
