Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced climbing arborist to join our small team. They will be responsible for maintaining and improving the health, structure, and appearance of trees and shrubs through pruning practices in a range of residential and commercial settings. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Pruning and hedging
• Tree removals
• Stump grinding
• Cable installations
• Exploratory excavations
• Planting
• Operation and maintenance of power tools like chainsaws, hedgers, woodchipper etc.
• Operation of company vehicles (preferred but not essential)

Skills and Experience

The successful Arborist Climber will be an experienced lead climber, or a secondary climber looking to take the next step in their career. They will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years tree climbing experience
• Have excellent tree and shrub identification skills
• Be up to date on industry best practice and standards
• Be ISA or equivalent body certified (preferred but not essential)
